There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
