For 1 to 9 people, at a per person rate, Alkantmooi offers peaceful family self-catering, self-service accommodation against the Mariepskop mountain Kampersrus, near the Kruger National Park, Hoedspruit and East Gate Airport. Close to Blyde River Canyon Dam, Moholoholo Wildlife Rehab Centre, and Kampersrus shops. 55km to Orpen Gate Kruger National Park, 39km from Hoedspruit and East Gate Airport.

The Forest Cottage

A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

Please note: Bathroom is open to the bedroom. I live in a little cottage next to the house so will be around 😎 Animals have the right of way here! SPEED LIMIT IS 30KM/H. Please be vigilant of little animals in the road! Bushbabies live in the house and have right of way ☝🏼 Even with all their little poopies!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our two story home has a style all of it's own. A wonderful 2 bedroom property that exudes charm and character. Beautifully decorated with lots of outside entertaining space and a small welcoming splash pool. This property can be rented in conjunction with Palgolin's Rest which is right next door, giving 5 bedrooms in total for up to 10 guests. The property is located within the secure Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate where animals roam freely.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. Wildheart Zesty Zebra is a luxury self catering getaway in the bush surrounded by free roaming game(giraffe, kudu, zebra, impala, wildebeest and more) in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, 5 minutes out of Hoedspruit where there are a variety of quality restaurants and shops. A beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a queen bed downstairs and two single bedrooms in a loft upstairs. Tucked away in lush indigenous woodland, a delightful and roomy cottage is located in the charming village of Kampersrus, situated on the eastern slopes of the stunning Blyde River Canyon. "My Side of the Mountain" is an ideal getaway for nature lovers, as mongoose, bushbabies, and antelope frequently wander through the area. A diverse array of birds also inhabits the surroundings, their constant songs creating a beautiful backdrop to the natural environment.
