Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.

Situated in the beautiful Pennines with all the amenities of the village of Marsden, great views and privacy. The Scullery is attached to our family home and we are tucked away in a very quiet and private spot yet only 300 metres from the centre of Marsden and just 650 metres to the train station.
