Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.
