Bright and spacious apartment set over the upper and lower ground floors of a handsome victorian terrace with own private entrance and beautiful garden. Direct level access from the modern kitchen to the raised deck, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Centrally located, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the street.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. There is also a lovely living room area with a huge corner sofa. Off street parking available .
