The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

The property is a mews house stables conversion, once part of the neighbouring Georgian country mansion on the outskirts of the village of Callow End. Set in a peaceful rural location it is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, attending local events or even for a work related stop over. Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
