Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Kandolhu

A perfect blend of comfort and style Kandolhu is an ideal getaway for those seeking tranquility. The sumptuous super king bed promises a restful night's sleep, while the large walk-in shower adds a touch of spa-like luxury. Outside, you can unwind on the balcony and enjoy lazy lunches and alfresco suppers.

The Artist’s Studio

The Artist's Studio is a self contained wing of The Manor House in Sibford Gower - a picturesque village on the edge of the Cotswolds. It has its own private entrance, a pool on your doorstep, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, walking trails and quaint pubs. The double height space is light and bright, whilst full of history and charm. A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

Doe Bank, Great Washbourne

Our guest house is set in it's own garden on our family farm, with beautiful views of Bredon hill and surrounding Gloucestershire countryside. There are three bedrooms, three shower rooms and a sitting/living room. There is a small kitchenette in the main living area, with fridge, oven, hobs, and sink. This allows guests to make their own light meals and hot drinks. Guest have use of a patio with seating, outside fire and hot tub. The pool is available 9am- 5pm August until 8th September.

“Wild-Wood” Shepherds Hut

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the best that nature has to offer. Have a memorable weekend in this shepherds hut based on the Worcestershire/ Herefordshire border, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Scotland End Barn is a beautiful contemporary barn in an idyllic rural spot on the edge of Hook Norton village. Enjoy unspoilt views over the Cotswold countryside and generous wrap-around gardens. Within 10 mins walk, you'll find two village pubs, the historic Hooky Brewery & Malthouse Kitchen and our well-stocked village shop. Glorious Cotswolds walking straight from the door. The barn is spacious, light, and fully furnished - the perfect home for long or short stays in any season!

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Luxury Cottage with Heated Pool

Luxury newly renovated 2 bedroom coach house set in the grounds of a Georgian Manor House with its own private gardens and duck pond over looking the National Trust Tithe Barn. The Coach House is within walking distance of the quaint village of Bredon which boasts 2 pubs, a village shop and playground. Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.
