Dapur memiliki bar sarapan, piring panas, microwave, pemanggang roti, ketel dan semua piring dan peralatan makan. Kamar mandi terpisah dengan pancuran, meja rias, dan toilet. Ada beranda tertutup di bagian depan dengan BBQ. Sebuah dek terbuka besar terletak di belakang Studio untuk menikmati hari - hari yang cerah. Hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki ke pantai.
