This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. Beautiful, quiet retreat

Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends. Many campers bring their RV's and tents to spend the weekend camping, swimming and fishing. A beautiful relaxing atmosphere. NOTE: GATE FEES APPLY............. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR THE FEES
