Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Enjoy open plan living consisting of a king size bed, comfy sofa bed, dining area with a kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine. The lodge has a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Enjoy the delights of the GeoDome, great for watching the sun set. Dogs considered on request.

Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
