Set on the Brecon canal "Poppy's Pad" is a new modern luxury studio apartment with a private entrance set on the canal bank. Located above a community pub which welcomes families, dogs and couples. In ONE large living space you will find: a large living area with vaulted ceiling, 1 x king bed, 1 x sofa bed and a full kitchen. A separate bathroom with a walk in shower completes the space. The apartment over looks the hills and town of Risca which can be seen from the two Juliet balconies.

Dating back to the 17th century, it is one of the more prominent houses in a charming village two miles from Cowbridge and 15 minutes from United World College (Atlantic College). Locally there are excellent restaurants and pubs plus Chapter Arts centre. We are located next to Bute Park perfect for walks along the river and arboretum . We have super fast Virgin broadband. Bike Park Wales located 5-miles, Mountain View Bike Park Caerphilly 12-miles from us and Cardiff City Centre 15-miles away. Local and regular train service is walking distance from our home and we have good motorway access. Parking and secure storage available for bicycles & motorbikes.

A large pleasant room in a family home with a guest bathroom and and exclusive guest sitting room. Breakfast is served in the dining room at 8.00 during the week and 8.30 at weekends to set you up for a day of exploring a wonderful diverse area of beautiful South Wales. From mountains, cities, seaside and adventure we have the lot. Check in is after 3.00pm and reservations will not be accepted after 8.30pm for the same day.
