Centrally located in a beautiful part of the Peak District National Park, this is an ideal location for exploring on foot with lovely walks from the doorstep, riding a bike through the many quiet lanes and footpaths of the area, or visiting the show caves situated near the cottage.

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A further three renowned show caverns, 7 pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The scenery is dramatic and ever changing as the weather rolls in over Mam Tor from the West. Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.

It's perfectly located in Castleton at the bottom of Cavedale, a picturesque valley below Peveril Castle. Equipped to accommodate all your needs the property's also on a dead-end so there's no passing traffic.
