The accommodation is located 550 meters from the sea and a small beach, which is visited only by the few residents of the area. In a very close distance there are other small, picturesque beaches.

The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants.
