This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Enjoy the simple pleasures of privacy, beautiful views and fresh mountain air from a cozy and tasteful cabin in the alps.

Base idéale pour la randonnée ou le VTT, le studio est doté d'une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les Dents du Midi, dans la fraicheur des Alpes situé à 1600 mètres d'altitude. Parfait pour 2 personnes, mais pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes de manière moins confortable, ce studio de 27 m2 dans un chalet de 2 appartements à 1600 mètres d'altitude. Vous avez ici la garantie de nuits fraiches, même si il fait (très) chaud en plaine.

Villa Hortensia in Leysin is our personal holiday home, which we occasionally offer to external guests when we are not using it ourselves or making it available to to family and friends. Built in 1900 as a sanatorium, It is a special place that is close to our heart and that we furnished with great care using items sourced from Swiss and regional designers and artists - we trust you to treat it with the same care and respect we do :)
