Situated in the heart of Richelieu in the Loire Valley, our tastefully decorated home will seduce you with its luxurious interiors, fully equipped stylish kitchen, large dining room, home cinema, Italian shower & a fully private walled romantic garden shared with 1-2 occupants of our studio occasionally. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, swimming pool, tennis court etc. at walking distance. Region is well known for castles, vineyards & cycling routes; 3 hours drive from Paris on the A10.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

The Apartment was completely refurbished in late 2021 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.Airy and bright,there are great views across to the City and the centre of Parthenay is a 5 minute walk.Other attractions nearby are Futuroscope,Puy du Fou,Marais Poitevin and the city of Parthenay itself.The kitchen is fully equipped.There is a washing machine,central heating,FrenchTV and Wifi.There is a private patio for dining al fresco.
