Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Shepherd’s Rest

A beautiful shepherd’s hut set in the idyllic agricultural farm lands of the Cotswolds. The perfect location for a romantic break or much needed time away. The hut has everything you need for a cosy night; a luxurious king size bed, farmhouse style kitchen, log burning stove and star- gazing skylight. Exquisite sun set views and the use of a fire-pit make for memorable evenings. Just minutes walk from the centre of Bibury; local eateries, Arlington Row and footpaths are a stones throw away.

The Garden Cottage, Bletchingdon

Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

Private & secluded Bell tent, Cotswolds OX7

Completely isolated bell tent set on its own in a large fenced off area of the field, All WC and kitchen facilities are private and only for you and your family. No sharing with others. Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.

Shepherd Hut on working Smallholding.

The Shepherd Hut sits at the back of our smallholding and is surrounded by tree lined grazing land. A footpath nearby takes you one way to the village of Ashton Keynes a walkable distance to the local pub and in the other direction through the trees to some of the many lakes in the Cotswold Lakes. The Hut sleeps two and has an inside composting, toilet. There is a cooking and seating area with an outside shower. Solar panels power lighting, fridge and a phone charging point.( 12volt only)

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Alpaca goat & sheep feeding countryside annex

Unique Alpaca, Pygmy Goat & Valais Blacknose sheep feeding staycation. Stay with us in our stylish spacious open plan annex, enjoy the countryside views and feeding our animals, including our latest Cria (Alpaca baby). Additional option to walk our boy Alpacas. Two double bed annex with EMMA mattresses, a cosy lounge with stylish sofa & a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our seating area outside the annex to enjoy the countryside fresh air and a drink. 10 minutes from Silverstone.

The Lodge at Burn’s Farm

Relax on your own or with up to 2 children/adults sharing a room at this well appointed 4 seasons made lodge and semi wrap around decking set just outside Mursley village in a picturesque on farm location and 10 minutes via car or accessed from the Redway route to central Milton Keynes by bike or foot. With a selection of farm shops, 2 local public houses and the renowned Horwood House close by and only a 40 minute drive to Silverstone race track, there is plenty to enjoy locally.

The Lodge, a newly converted, stylish & cosy barn.

Cosy converted barn in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. Peaceful and private, The Lodge has just been renovated to create the perfect place to escape and unwind. New high spec bathrooms and bespoke kitchen with brand new appliances and underfloor heating on the whole of the ground floor. Two lovely bedrooms in the eaves, one with ensuite shower room, king size beds, ELLE Decoration pillow top mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy towels and black out blinds.
