Boutique Georgian Barn Cottage

Our beautiful georgian barn cottage, dating from 1760, sits overlooking a half acre lake and surrounding parkland setting. Positioned in the peaceful countryside, yet only 15mins from Chester city centre and many attractions. It offers two very spacious double bedrooms with luxury superking 6ft beds. The second bedroom has a zip and link option allowing for two single beds. The cottage is furnished throughout with 18th century antique furniture and opulent sofas. Cosy and homely, a hidden gem!

Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . Conveniently located for Delamere Forest, 10 minutes from Tarporley, with an abundance of upmarket pubs and restaurants just a few minutes away.
