This super cute cottage fits 3 persons. Prepare your food in our private kitchen. Use all the facilities on the wider property: wake up and dive in the swimming pool; meditate, do yoga while facing the volcano; peddle to the other side of the lake; heat up in the sauna, cool down in the lake; observe the stars during the night from the Jacuzzi, make a fire in the cottage before going to sleep. Please note that the lake side facilities are across the street. Less than 100 meter from the cottage

This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lake Front Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
