The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

The river Wharfe runs through the hamlet and there is plenty of walking and cycle routes around to explore. The cottage is a short drive from Weeton train station where you can hop on a train to Leeds, York and Harrogate. Ideal for families and furry friends wanting to explore the dales.

Welcome to my modern, comfortable, contemporary, homely 3 bedroom semi-detached, located one house from the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by fields and views into Leeds city centre, within a short walk to Morley train station and one stop into Leeds centre, waking distance to the white rose shopping centre and waking distance to Morley centre or the trendy bars of Morley bottoms, close to m62 and m1. Towels are provided for each guest, large walk in shower separate bath, additional sofa bed.

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

The Gables, Tadcaster, LS24 8DP

The Gables (LS24 8DP) is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. We live next door, so we'll always be happy to help. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.

Old School House Annex

Contained within a converted 19th century Chapel/School this modern single ground floor annex provides a restful haven for weary travellers. With its own private courtyard and outside fireplace there's a feeling of peacefulness inside and out. If you fancy a short stroll, the Hare and Hounds pub provides excellent food and entertainment, and there are direct buses to Leeds, Wakefield, Elland Road and the White Rose Centre.
