The home is tastefully decorated with mid-century modern touches. Enjoy evenings on our deck around the fire table. Or, on the couch in front of the gas fireplace. Our kitchen is well stocked for family meals. We are central in the bay area, & close to grocery, restaurants, and retail shopping.

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

Queen sized bed in private bedroom. Awesome 2 person comfy sofa in family room. Pack n’ play available for babies or cot available for older children or for extra guests. Pets allowed with previous discussion and small cleaning fee.

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.
