This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. We have a German Shepherd & used to allow dogs but after multiple bad experiences with spoiled dogs- NO PETS allowed, including “emotional support”! This is not a hotel or rental condo but my house where my family lives so I reserve the right to decline any request.
