The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

A quiet, recently renovated annex with it's own private entrance, situated in a peaceful leafy private road. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
