Just over 5 minutes walk from the train station and within easy reach to all of Durham City, this studio offers guests a flexible space while visiting the area. The studio flat is located on the lower ground floor of our home, accessible via external steps. This private space has it's own entrance/exit, bathroom, kitchenette, lounge space and double bed. Pay and display parking available on North Road for guests travelling by car. Travel cot available for couples travelling with an infant.

Before booking, please bear in mind we offer limited cooking facilities, with no oven or grill. We can provide you with local recommendations for eating out.
