Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Our suite sits across the street from Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Safe Harbor on the Lake. Spacious, private!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Located in Historic downtown Senoia, this recently constructed apartment is just 300 yards from Senoia's main street with restaurants, boutique shops & the world-famous 'Alexandria' set of The Walking Dead. Luxurious apartment above garage featuring a full kitchen, great room with queen sleeper sofa, private bedroom with walk-in closet and stacked washer dryer. High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, high end appliances & independent HVAC controls. Even zombies need their creature comforts.

Host lives in the neighborhood and will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.

In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties or unregistered guests permitted on the property. Historic Meadowbrook Cottage is a 1930's bungalow located in the beautiful Hollis Heights historic district of Newnan. The home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to hwy 85, walking distance to downtown Newnan, 2 minutes from The Train Depot in Newnan and a short 15 minute drive from the home of The Walking Dead in Senoia. This bungalow has been completely renovated in a modern farmhouse style. This home sleeps 10 and great for larger groups.
