NEW Luxury Shepherds Hut Cumbrian Countryside

The Orchard is our luxurious custom built Shepherd's Hut for two, set on a working farm surrounded by idyllic nature. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding rolling countryside, a perfect tranquil location. Appointed to a high standard with underfloor heating, the sizeable open plan living space has a bespoke fitted kitchen, oven, hob, dining table, smart TV and double bed. Ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower. Large outdoor seating area with combi firepit/BBQ swing arm for you to relax.

Oak Retreat

Secluded woodland retreat at Blencowe Hall with mountain views and log burner. Luxury shepherds hut with king size bed, oak floored kitchen, ensuite w.c. and shower room, LPG heating and wifi. Relax in the Adirondack chairs whilst throwing a log on the fire pit and count the stars in style. Enjoy cooking in the bijoux kitchen with SMEG hob and full size oven or fire up the Weber charcoal BBQ. A perfect place to enjoy the peace and solitude of the lovely Cumbria and Lake District landscape.

The Holt, a Stunning Cumbrian Shepherd’s Hut

Tucked away in a quiet woodland clearing on our picturesque Cumbrian Farm, this luxury shepherd's hut offers a tranquil escape into nature. The Drey, one of four huts on the site, combines rustic charm with modern amenities. The cosy interior features plush bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, and an elegant en-suite bathroom. Large windows frame stunning views over meadows and hedgerows towards Farleton Knott. This countryside retreat promises peace and comfort in a romantic rural setting.

Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

The Nook at Newalls Retreat- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in a private meadow, enjoying far reaching fell views. Hunker down with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a King sized bed and cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the private fire pit area. Guests can book a sauna & organic cold water pool session less than a 5 minute walk away.

Charming handy for Lake District

Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

Your mountain view retreat

Nestled in the heart of the English Lake District, Laal Yan offers unobstructed views of the surrounding fells. Located on a farm our Laal hut has everything you need for your stay. Its just a short drive to Keswick and its vibrant town centre where you will find plenty of things to do. Take a stroll across the road to the village of Braithwaite, home to charming pubs, a local shop and a cafe. And with hundreds of walks from the hut you can do as much or as little as you wish.

The hut is set in the middle of a family farm, forget about your busy lives and sit back and relax in this peaceful location ideal for a romantic retreat, with views up the Lorton valley ,cozy up into front of the wood burning stove and plan your adventure for the next day. The hut has no electricity but has solar lights, and a separate composting toilet, all bed linen is provide along with wood for the stove. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door in the morning

Yewbarrow - Shepherd's hut overlooking Wastwater

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities. Each hut comes complete with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen area and outdoor seating with BBQ. The shepherd's huts are brand new for summer 2022 and are currently being built from scratch here on the farm.

Built from scratch by none other than the owners themselves, the dog-friendly Tweedenburn Shepherd's Hut is more than just a labour of love; it’s also a completely off-grid hut powered by solar panels and in an excellent spot for exploring the Scottish Borders. When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. All utensils provided.
