It is only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick. Dogs are more than welcome! We also rent out Black Mesa on AirBnB should you need another property for friends and family! We live just down the road and so if you have any questions or problems we can quickly help.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!
