This spacious home is directly across from the beach 100m from the Umdloti Tidal Pool and 250m from restaurants and a coffee shop. It offers front row panoramic ocean views with the most magnificent sunrises. A generator keeps the lights on during load shedding. PLEASE NOTE - A refundable deposit is required when booking this beach home. Strictly no parties and no day visitors without prior arrangement with the host.

Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods! The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on. While remaining conveniently close to the N3, shops and top Midlands schools. We are off grid, solar with a back up generator. Our water is from a borehole.
