Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt. in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi. La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in località Santa Maria , e' circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como, dal quale dista 15 minuti in auto.
