From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. New for 2021...We had a baby! This may mean some additional noise as we live upstairs. We added extra sound insulation when we renovated.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
