An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Comfortable 6-birth caravan just a 10 minute walk away from Dawlish Warren Beach and local ameneties. The caravan itself is very spacious with an electric fireplace, gas central heating and full kitchen. Situated in Dawlish Warren, there is plenty to do nearby, from dog walks or the adventure park for children. There is also an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse on the caravan site, so something to do for everyone!
