A contemporary stone house in the village of Koukouli, in central Zagori of 130sqm, that was built according to the traditional Zagorian architectural style and completed in 2002. The dominant architectural features are stone and wood. The interior of the house is tastefully designed and features all modern conveniences. It consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, two kitchens and two bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a garden with many stone terraces.

Στόχος μου ήταν να δημιουργήσω, αν όχι το καλύτερο, ένα από τα καλύτερα loft της πόλης. Ο χώρος βρισκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος της πόλης και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή , Πλουτωνος 18 και είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
