Spend your days enjoying the countryside on foot or by bike, or relaxing in our spacious garden, which includes two sitting/eating areas. The house also includes a yoga studio, which can be used upon prior arrangement.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. A 5 minutes walk to Penny or Tesco, as well as to the city center or the Šluknov park or bus stop. We look forward to you.

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Ideální volba pro ty, kteří nevyžadují absolutní ticho a zároveň hledají příjemné, klidné ubytování v přírodě u řeky .Využívat můžete venkovní pergolu, houpací lavici, celou zahradu, lehátka..V sezóně si můžete natrhat naše bylinky, rozdělat si oheň, nebo si půjčit gril.

Zimmerův Statek

Zimmerův Statek je unikátní místo, kde můžete strávit krátkodobý pobyt, či dovolenou. Nachází se v obci Mikulášovice a spadá pod CHKO České Švýcarsko, přesněji jeho část Labské Pískovce. Zároveň je zde i chráněná ptačí rezervace. Do města je to necelých 400 metrů a v okolí se nachází nespočet zajímavých míst, které určitě stojí za navštívení, jako nejsevernější rozhledna v ČR Tanečnice, Brtnické Ledopády, muzeum Mikov a další.

Domácí mazlíček je vítán, ale na jeho přítomnost je nutné při rezervaci předem upozornit provozovatele. Apartmán má vlastní koupelnu se sprchovým koutem, umyvadlem a WC. V objektu lze uskladnit kola, lyže, ...
