This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. We have a small group training studio which operates 18 hrs a week. Some clients may use the bathroom during gym hours. But NOT on Fri arvo and weekend. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly.

A quiet garden studio located in the backyard of our house although not attached, mostly suited to a couple or single person. We are powered 100% by renewable energy with solar panels and a Tesla PowerWall. The pool on the property is available for use. Both the pool & studio have private access along a pathway to the side of our house. It is situated within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Dee why or North Curl Curl beach.
