There will always be a friendly welcome at Cwt Blawd, a cosy and stylish retreat on the hillside, overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Traditional Grade 2 listed farm house dating back to the 18th century, has been recently restored to its former glory with a tradition but also modern feel. Four spacious bedrooms with 2 of them with a double bed , one including a en suite, a single bedroom and another bedroom with a 3/4 bed. A large family bathroom with a roll top bath and large shower separate, two living rooms, dinning room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom .

Situated on the river Dee, just 2 minutes walk to Llangollen bridge and all town centre amenities. We are dog & child friendly with a fairy garden, tree house and trampoline. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. You have your own private fully equipped kitchen, plumbed toilet and shower.
