Enter The Old Chapel, a labor of love renovation resulting in a charming three-bedroom, all-ensuite stay unlike any other. Perfect for short getaways or week-long stays. Enjoy peaceful nights in king-sized beds fitted with luxurious 500-thread-count sheets. Each en-suite features spacious dual showers, fluffy robes, and slippers for ultimate relaxation.

If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. We now have an EV Charger for guest’s use, just contact me on cost.

Gag Barn Nr Thorpe (Peak District/Dovedale)

Gag Barn hosts some spectacular views and scenery and can be accessed by stepping out of the front door. Based in the Peak District National Park, with an abundance of exciting cycle routes and picturesque walks. The barn is spacious, easily sleeping 6, with 2 double bedrooms and 1 set of bunks. Ashbourne (5miles), is known as the"Gateway to Dovedale", and is a delightful market town. Places of interest include, Carsington Water, Alton Towers, Dovedale Stepping Stones and Tissington village.

The Peak District is a magical place, lots of history and spectacular scenery. Whatever you like doing - eating, walking, cycling, shopping, sightseeing - this is the perfect base.

The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. Butterton is an excellent base for those looking to explore the beautiful Peak District.

Architect-designed The Round House sits just above the Peak District village of Rowsley, boasting stunning views towards Haddon Hall and Bakewell. Walk to Chatsworth House (3 miles) across the fields following the River Derwent. Set in 9 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens with wonderful birdlife - but only a few miles from the market town of Bakewell. Plenty of great walks from the house plus all year round indoor heated pool shared with Woodside Cottage - also at the same location.

The Shippon & Hayloft at Dove Valley Centre

Set in the beautiful Dove Valley, secluded accommodation in the heart of the Peak District. Fantastic views from the doorstep. The Hayloft & Shippon can accommodate up to 12 guests, the Shippon is on the ground floor (sleeps 5) & the Hayloft above is approached by an external staircase sleeps 7. Both have large living/ dining/ fully fitted kitchen areas & stunning views throughout. Set in 50 acres of farmland, a great place for families or groups. Dogs welcome but a maximum of 2.

Bridgefoot Cottage - Wild Swimming & Hot Tub

Bridgefoot is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the Peak District. Guests have full use of the property including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining. There is also an exceptionally comfy and cosy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

Grade II listed residence prominently positioned in the Peak District national park. Cater for 8-10 amongst 4/5 well-proportioned bedrooms (2 en-suit bathrooms). It has beautiful character features such as shutters, beamed ceilings, sash windows and oak fireplace with wood burning stove. There are 2 reception rooms, fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining room and extra private room next to top-floor bedroom with a day-bed.Outside is a beautiful mature garden with seating area.
