The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. With a private entrance, it also includes a large bathroom, laundry and kitchenette, access to patio & BBQ with deck, a fire pit and is bike friendly.
