Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Upper Buffalo/Boxley Valley only 45 minutes away. HVAC and wood-burning or enjoy the cool evenings with windows open and ceiling fans running. NO HUNTING

A relaxing retreat with 15 wooded acres, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, game-room with pool table & pingpong table! The front porch has a swing to enjoy the breeze and the patio boasts a table and grill. Equipped with internet and Netflix, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with large refrigerator and double oven. This house is not child proof and you enter the house by stairs. You are close to Lake Darndenelle, state parks, the Ozarks, Russellville restaurants and a grocery store with gas pumps .

Beautiful cabin on 6 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

End the day by the fire pit or in the hot tub at sunset with a game or movie outside. With room to spread out, you’ll love the split floor plan, comfy beds, 2-car garage, ample parking, and more.

Cozy barn apartment

Get away from it all and relax in a cozy barn apartment surrounded by the beauty of the country. We have recently restored an over 100-year old barn and converted the old stalls into a small apartment (600 sq ft). If you want to experience the beauty of nature in a unique place, this is the place for you. We use the barn to store hay for our cattle. We have Wagyu calves in the adjacent corral. In addition to cattle, we have a pecan orchard, 2 other farm houses for rent and pine trees.

Hale Homestead Barn in Russellville, Arkansas

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.
