By car you're less than 5 minutes from the freeway in one direction, and from the downtown area, Convention Center, Zoo, Aquarium and botanical gardens in another. A parking space is provided in the driveway. No pets, and we make no exceptions.

The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
