In the peaceful village of Branxton, it offers country walks from the door and combines tranquility & style with warmth & comfort. It’s the perfect romantic, rural retreat at any time of the year.

Private, spacious, comfortable annex in a rural setting with south facing views overlooking unspoilt countryside. Perfect for 2/4 people, the Den features a fully fitted kitchen and dining area downstairs, along with a comfortable lounge and bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite toilet / shower. The upstairs bedroom boasts a double bed in a large room with built in wardrobes & ensuite toilet / shower. The Den has a private entrance and enclosed garden, safe for children. A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

Inside are all the comforts you will need while keeping the feeling of being a part of the wildlife which you will see around you. Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and beautiful St. Abbs nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

Garden Cottage is a Grade B listed cottage, stone built around 200 years ago, with views over the restored Victorian glasshouse and orchards at the bottom of our gardens. The beamed bedrooms upstairs complement a spacious and light ground floor that has access to private front and back gardens, with sitting out paved areas in each. The cottage is fully furnished and is in a quiet and out of way location, surrounded by fields and woodlands.
