This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. Zomerhuis ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ staat in Egmond aan den Hoef, een dorpje tussen duin en zee vanwaar u zowel natuur als cultuur kunt opzoeken. Het knusse, gerenoveerde zomerhuis staat achter de woning van de eigenaar. Het heeft een eigen ingang en een kleine buitenplaats met tuinzitje. De keuken, woon- en badkamer zijn beneden, de slaapkamer met kleding- en ladekast is boven. Wat ook erg fijn is; in Egmond aan den Hoef is vrij parkeren en u vindt er altijd een parkeerplaats voor uw auto...!

After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.
