The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

It is a very quiet and quiet area that allows you to relax and disconnect from the daily stress. 60 m2 cabin, artificial grass of 50m2 with an independent and private plot of 950 m2 fenced with a height of 1.80 meters for your dogs to be free and safe. My apartment is on the Old Quarter on Toledo. I´m an experienced renter and this is my second apartment. Check the other one. I have tried to make a very relaxed place, where you can rest of your long journey on the city. Possibility of parking on the near public regulated orange parking area on the street. The apartment has 85 meters, with a very big saloon (a 25 meters), and two bedrooms. We have tried to think on everything you can use or need, based on our experience.

Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.
