Home sweet Home!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

Maison entièrement à neuf. Faite avec goût. Elle est composée de 4 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. Aussi il y a un canapé lit de 2 place à l étage. Un très grand salon cuisine de 90m2, est composé d’un très beau canapé d angle, un très bel îlot central très cosi. Vous allez vous sentir au calme dans un cadre à 150m de la plage.

Our house is right in front of Praia da Granja (just across the street) , ideal for couples with or without children and groups of friends . Near the train station of Granja and shops . Public swimming pool at 50m from the house and at 15 minutes by train to Porto .

.My apartment is at 250 meters from the beach, it is modern, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, 1 oven, 1 fridge, 1 microwave and all the material needed for a kitchen. There is also a washing machine and I have a place to hang clones to dry.
