Relax in Aliona, our spacious cottage in a peaceful little village just 2 miles from the market town, Kelso. Great base to explore Northumberland coast & for touring the Borders, by car, foot or bike. The cottage is one level with 2 bedrooms , a kingsized with ensuite shower room, a twin room & a family bathroom. The conservatory is perfect for relaxing in, looking out onto the south facing patio & pet friendly enclosed garden. Enjoy indoor & alfresco eating areas. Ample parking for two cars.

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.
