The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

You will find Back Lane Cottage tucked away in a lane in a hamlet called Eastgate. It is a two bedroom, fully renovated old property with lovely field views and is pet friendly. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as a bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is lots of storage space and there is a TV and full fibre broadband. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Between them is a toilet with hand basin.

The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
