There is a caretaker 24/7 who will help you with any requirements with food and travel and make tea/coffee as well.There are a lot of restaurants nearby.This house has an outdoor lawn area and ample car parking. This house is mostly taken for weddings for its convenience.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Kaloor main junction, hospitals, and malls, it offers convenience and comfort in a prime location.
