Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

In a still uncontaminated village in southern Tuscany, Casa di Morena was built on the walls of the ancient castle of Gerfalco. Recently renovated, it has furnishings that blend multiple styles together in a unique balance of shapes and colors. And from the bedroom windows it offers a unique view of the starry sky. Gerfalco is located in a strategic position to reach very suggestive places: from Siena to Pisa to Florence; from S. Gimignano to Volterra. And it is 40 minutes from the sea.

L'appartamento si trova a piano terra, nel centro storico di Massa Marittima, ad appena 100 metri dalla piazza del Duomo. E' facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i parcheggi del centro storico ed a pochi passi si possono trovare: bar, ristoranti, banche, alimentari una pasticceria ed una farmacia. L'abitazione di recente ristrutturazione di 68m, ha una entrata indipendente ed è composta: da una cucina con angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto ed un bagno.

Welcome to our charming apartment, a little gem suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of: KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, and mini-dishwasher; A DOUBLE BEDROOM; A BATHROOM with a large shower; A RELAX ROOM with a BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEW of the Metalliferous Hills. The apartment is very warm in winter thanks to geothermal district heating. In a central location, within a 50-meter radius, you will find: Free parking, Pizzeria, Bar, and the central Square.

Edera is a large apartment for a couple (70 square meters). Being on the upper floor it is very bright, it consists of a double bedroom and a kitchen-dining room. Edera is one of the three apartments of the Agriturismo Segarelli, here peace and tranquility reign supreme. Located among the rolling Tuscan hills, you can walk in our garden, take a dip in the swimming pool surrounded by greenery or simply relax in the silence of the countryside, far from the chaos of the city.

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
