Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Está convenientemente ubicada en una zona residencial con numerosos bares, restaurantes y un supermercado a poca distancia. Es un espacio de diseño minimalista pero cálido que se siente como un oasis privado. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, un jardín con palmeras y un amplio espacio living de planta abierta que está conectado con el patio de exterior donde se puede disfrutar de la piscina y tomar el sol.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
