Super location in Virginia Highland neighborhood and close to Downtown, MidTown, Emory University & Buckhead. Walk three blocks to lots of restaurants / shops / bars. This is a private ground floor one bedroom suite with additional large living room with futon couch. Guests have a private entrance and the entire ground floor of a 3 floor house. This is a very quiet setting sitting up on a hill above a quiet street, but yet you will be very close to all the sites and activities of metro Atlanta.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south.
