There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. One-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Very close to all necessary amenities (5min walk to shop, 1 min to bus stop, 30min to Copenhagen center by direct bus). The apartment is situated opposite to a very nice park. Possible free parking. The flat is simple but fully furnished. There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofas in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bed linen are provided. No parties & pets are allowed.
