This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

There is a locked door that separates the AIR BNB for privacy. There's a large bathroom. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed. Living room/kitchen area. Includes a keureg, toaster oven, microwave and full size refrigerator. There is a dish pan and strainer, but the only sink is in the bathroom. There's a private entrance from outside through the laundry room. Use of the pool is not included but you are welcome to use the furniture on the back deck.
